About the owner
Kiran Paris was born and raised in Denver, Colorado. With six years in the construction industry, he began as an apprentice and has since become a general contractor. Kiran enjoys bringing innovative and quality designs to life throughout the metro area, and he values the opportunity to contribute to his community through his work.

My husband and I bought a 100+ yr old house two years ago, knowing there would be a couple things to work on, which sure enough became many little things, and then we started having fun making bigger changes to make the home our own. We highly recommend Paris Construction, LLC and Kiran Paris. We met Kiran at a particularly challenging time. In October a drunk driver crashed her truck into the front of our house causing significant structural and cosmetic damage to our beautiful home. Paris Construction came highly recommended to us by the general contractor that built our house in 2011. In somewhat of a panic, we hired Kiran. I now believe that this was one of the best decisions we have ever made.
From day one, Kiran and his excellent assembly of subcontractors repaired our house to the point that many people passing by thought it was new construction. Kiran is prompt, his construction timeline is realistic and accurate, his subs respect him and are top-notch in their respective trades, but, most importantly to us, Kiran is an excellent problem-solver and a fair and reasonable person.
Construction projects always have hiccups, changes, and unforeseen events that occur – these are probably a homeowner’s biggest concern once the project is underway. At these junctures Kiran shined. I won’t say every road-bump was easy, but Kiran was able to get us up and over them and on to project completion quickly.
We unequivocally recommend Paris Construction, LLC and Kiran Paris. He lifted us from a very low, distressing place to where we were before the accident. Actually, in retrospect, to a much better place.
